You can not turn on your television without seeing an ad for Allstate Auto Insurance.
The spokesperson says, " Be accident free for six months, and Allstate will send you a 5 % (of your premimum) check as a bonos".
I was an Allstate Auto Insurance customer for more than 15 years... But never got a check from them - ever... Plus their premiums were just about double of what other reliable companies charge for the same coverage.
I finally saw the light and got a quote from a very well known company and now my six month premimum - for the exact same coverage - is less than one half what it would have been with Allstate - had I stayed with them.
Does the local agent just put that bonus check into his own pocket?
Also I see that Allstate has a very spotty record of not "doing the right thing" and 'not keeping you in good hands" when it comes time for them to pay for a legit insurance claim.
I am glad I went elsewhere... And if you were half way smart - your would do the same.
My agent is: Billy Rowe, Joplin, Missouri... And I was not at all happy with their prices, coverage, or service.
I guess Billy has also "seen the handwriting on the wall', as he has just sold his business to another agent who will continure to fleece their customers.
