I have a claim against Allstate insurance.
The guy who has Allstate insurance hit my car while ignoring a traffic light.
And now Allstate is saying that I should bear some responsibility since I should have reduced my speed. I did my best to reduce my speed to avoid accident.
According to the law, there is no reason to reduce my speed if traffic light is on green.
Allstate is saying that they are a big company and can ignore personal claim. And they said that I can take this matter to the court. But it will take at least a couple of years to get it done.
I don't know what to do now. Please let me know if you have any idea of how to fight the Allstate.
