Homeworks plus, publicart, mwi fraudulent sales claims ($50 savings bond for taking trial period offer), fraudulent billing, phony company names! Rip-off!

Re: fraudulent sales pitch:

A female representative calling herself "Red Mendosa" phoned me to offer the 30-day trial period membership for $1.00. She described "benefits" of trying out the membership, WHICH WERE TO INCLUDE RECEIVING A $50.00 SAVINGS BOND, WHICH WOULD BE MINE TO RECEIVE AND KEEP EVEN IF I DID NOT MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP BEYOND THE TRIAL PERIOD.

HOWEVER, I had to send in a form from my membership flyer (which is all I got for a "Welcome Package & Materials") to request an order form for the savings bond; I sent this in three days after receiving the membership flyer. The actual savings bond order form I got only yesterday - a month after sending in the request for it. And on that form is the statement: "you must be an active member at the time we process this form". But I had had to cancel my trial membership within 30 days if not maintaining it, which I did (i.E. Cancel my trial membership). Because of the process the company has you go through with these mailings and the time elapsing between them, there is NO WAY ANYONE COULD POSSIBLY RECEIVE THE SAVINGS BOND DURING THE TRIAL MEMBERSHIP PERIOD...

BASICALLY, A VERY BIG SELLING POINT OF HOMEWORKS PLUS, i.E. A $50 savings bond just for enrolling in a 30-day trial period, IS A LIE AND FRAUDULENT AND MANIPULATIVE AND A SCAM AND WHATEVER...

Now, RE: FRAUDULENT BILLING:
... I went over one of my credit card "recent transactions" and I see there two items that are nothing I have bought. As today is Sunday, the Billing Dispute Division of that credit card company is not available until tomorrow to speak with, but after reading the information on this usacomplaints.com website, I'm quite sure these two charges will be attributable to some dirty trick of the "MWI/HOMEWORKS PLUS/www.DEALPASS.com" company. One of the charges is still a temporary authorization for $15.03, with no company name showing; another one that looks phony is something called www.publicartcom (written exactly that way), for $10.62, and has no phone number on the credit card statement, and no address except Mexico...
