They took $29.98 out of my checking account, I called them, I told them I did not authorize them to take money out of my account, Not to mention I could not understand the lady one the phone

Websavers Club took $29.98 out of my Checking account, I called them and told them I did not authorize them to do that, The lady on the other end, {which did not speak good english}told me I had applied for a loan and in doing that I authorized them to take $29.98 out of my account. I tried to explain, Mame, I applied for a loan because I need money, WHY ON EARTH would I authorize your company to take $29.98 I dont have. I demanded my money be put back in my account, Sorry she said its non-refundable... I asked to speak to someone else, A Man got on the phone, I had the same conversation with him, He said, SORRY NON_REFUNDABLE, and my last words to him was {YOUR A RIP OFF!!! }
