I went to the IHOP in Phoenix, Az. Located at 19th ave. And Glendale ave. During the dining experience, a group was seated with small children, 3-4 years of age. The children were extremely loud and misbehaved, ruining my dining experience. I complained to the manager, Mr. Robert Garcia, about the noise. His reply was he would not do anything about my complaint as IHOP was a family restaurant. I feel Mr. Garcia needs more training in customer service as he does not know how to handle customer complaints.
