Breach of new contract Colorado Springs

I gotten a car from JD byrider and put a good amount of money down i was finaced through CNAC a nd i moved out of state and fell on hard times i am a Grandmother taking care of five of my grand children and i am only on ssi and i contacted them and we decided to come up with a new contract to get me current on my payments and i have all paper work in writing i held up my end of the contract and they still repoed my car and i need help getting my money back for my care and them selling the care from under me under our new contract thank you very much
