I purchased 2 beds from Sit & Sleep in April from the Tarzana, CA store. I was told I had 30 days to try the beds. I returned after 2 weeks and told the manager that I was having trouble with one of the beds. He asked that I keep the bed for another month or 2 to let it break in. I returned after 1 month and was told that the manager was not in and that I could not return the bed because it was over 30 days. I contacted the manager by phone and he assured me it was not a problem, and to stop by when I could and that he worked Thursdays-Sundays. I stopped in that Sunday and the manager, John, was not in. Apparently, he works every other week. This goes on for 3 more months! I left several messages for John, but he never returned my calls. Finally, I called the corporate office and they would not stand behind the bed, the manager or their policy! Their game is to stall you until your outside the 30 days. Do not buy from sit & sleep!!!
