July 21 We tried out the beds at the Sleep number store at 538 Rolling Oaks Mall, San Antonio, Tx, and Matt worked with us. The beds were great in the store. When we received the bed it did not look like the same bed we had seen in the store. It did not feel like the same bed - was not comfortable at all. I immediately called and emailed the company. They will take back the bed but not the bottom, which cost just about as much as the bed, since we got the split king. The split king is two twin beds! There is nothing free about this trail offer - you can't have the bed without the bottom. So you are stuck with the cost of the bottom. Yes it states that in their contract. But when you try the beds in the store they are comfortable and the bed we received was not. How are you to know?
