On December 12 I ordered two items from target.com. The second item an electric razor scooter never shipped. You sent an email notifying me that it shipped and you charged my credit card. You never notified me again. I called you on December 22nd when I still had not received the item. I was offered a refund. After asking to speak to a supervisor I was offered a promotional discount on a future Target online purchase. It is two days before Christmas and I was patiently waiting on the item. My Account on Target.com showed delivery between December 21 and 24. This is not the way that Target should treat customers that they want to keep. I am going to share this with everyone I know.in the past I have shopped at Target weekly. After this, I will shop at other retailers that offer good customer service.
