Terri Atwater has been evicted from many residences that she has rented. She has multiple judgments against her for evictions that have never been paid, so landlords beware.
She manipulates her way into having landlords rent to her by portraying she is a single mother trying to provide for her child. She falsifies her wages to landlords so they will rent to her. Then when it comes time for the rent to be due she can't afford to pay it. She lists friends as former landlords so when it comes time to check references, she checks out ok.
Don't rent to Terri Atwater or she will surely RIP YOU OFF. She is a frequent flier in the eviction courts.
