Eviction - non payment of rent/large scale pot grower -beware!

Eviction case number 37-00037628-CL-UD-NC. Very large & loud lady with strong twang should be avoided in terms of a tenancy. Hard to believe why a single lady wanted a two bedroom place well one room for her and the other for a very large Pot Farm. Claims she is a seamstress. She owes her landlord $5000.00 plus attourney's fees. Caution collections is eminent but will take a while. You wont want to be in the landlord's same boat
