I ordered and paid for, by credit card, an item from this company. I received the wrong item. I called and spoke to Curt Holman, owner of the company.
It was obvious he could have cared less when I told him I received the wrong item. I sent it back with a delivery confirmation. He refused to pay for the return shipping charge although the error was his.
I emailed him several times but got no answer so called him again, at my expense, and asked when the correct item would be sent. He stated "When I receive the other item." I told him it was delivered on December 5. This was now December 9.
After telling him I had proof that he received the item, he became angry stating that he gets hundreds of packages everyday. That was the end of the conversation. I'm sure he was counting on the fact that I sent it back without paying the extra charge for tracking.
This guy is truly a ripoff! I had to file a dispute on my charge account to get my money back. He will not credit my account. Don't order from him. You can find other websites that are better and less expensive. Keep away from this one.
