I am an elderly black male. I went to target the one in the mall in ventura yesterday. I think they call it ventura west. Well the guest service was terrible. None of the employees knew a thing. And the one employee i really wanted assistance from a verenic. Was not friendly at all she acted as if i was not there and kept complaining about being sick. If she was so sick why was she working first of all. Next time i ask to see a supervisor i hope they dont send me to her cause after a while i left without buying a thing. This was my worst experience but the not first. All those young kids do is stand around and socialize sometimes i think every one took a lunch at the same time. But that young lady needs to keep her problems in her home and not come in if shes sick she really seemed as if she was on drugs to say the truth. Supervisor if thats the example for all the other employees. I recommend no one shop there because the guest service is ridiculous. I would honestly rather find a walmart. Maybe it was because i was a black male or just old i dont know. But i believe ventura west in california has the worst supervisors and guest service i have seen out of any target ive shopped. That young lady should be demoted or fired. I am not happy. Like i have stated if your employees are sick or not willing to do the basic part of there job you need to find better people the job thats not the first time i walked out with out buying a thing thank god its in a mall.
