Yesterday, 1/19 at approx 1:30 pm after I had checked out and was ready to leave the Target store on Main St., Ventura, Ca, I asked a guy who was just hanging around talking to another Target guy if he could take the film off a CD I had just purchased as well as over $100 more worth of items.
He took the CD then asked for my receipt which I gave to him before I realized that I was being treated like I was in Walmart. No one else who was leaving the store was asked for receipts to be checked against what they had purchased so I asked for it back. The guys name is Aman who then told me if I didn't like it to talk to his "supervisor" who said her name was Lorena. Lorena told me if I didn't like it then to contact Target which is what I am now doing.
I told Aman who barely spoke English to go back where he came from and not to be so disrespctful. He was waiting outside for me when I left the store with a smerk on his face which was a intmimdating.
I think that Target is becoming another Walmart but with much more expensive prices, rude employees and trying to intimidate customer's is the wrong way to go.
Lorena is a joke, if she thinks she's a supervisor, then Target should rethink what/how they hire people. Needless to say, Aman is another joke and should be definitely be watched.
