A few months back i had service at a Firestone complete auto care they replaced belts and pulley and a oil change on drive home i noticed that it was driving worse then when i took it in the belts were not broken when i took it in but was advised that it was time to have them changed. So i did while driving home i noticed it driving a little rough but thought new belts ok im not a mechanic a week later transmission was not shifting so i took it in had it worked on neither of the 2 shops realized that there was a belt missing that fire stone forgot to put on now the ac unit locked up and water pump locked up took it back to firestone they admitted they forgot a belt but guess what was charged another 1000.00 dollars because of there mistake
