Negligence in handling reverse mortgage

I have my complaint on file with you, made on March 22, I tried to reach you with the address you sent my on 4/13 as follows, http://westflorida. App. BBB.org/complaint/viw/67168391/c/jumbq2 but I could not pull it up, kept saying no such address, but have been having trouble with PC. I received your reply on 4/13 but have never heard from anyone from this company. I also spoke to the lady that runs the Life Enrichment Senior Center, where AMS lending came to give a talk to seniors to solicit them to get a reverse mortgage through her company. Leigh Morrison, the manager said she would not let them come back to the center because of what ha happened to me. Please help me get them to return monies I lost because of their mishandling of my case, as well as the 3 months this mess took in time. My case number is complaint ID# 67168391 and this should be addressed to =BJ Baker, Trade Practice Specialist ext 3306
