I'm amazed this business is still open. The owner Had me pay upfront for my work (for materials) yeah right. Then she spends the money. Making me wait literally for monthes to finish my job. It still isn't finished. She hangs up when you call, or hides in the back room. Screams at her employees, and even hits one of them, right in front of customers. Who does she think she is. She uses and abuses. I live close to her and have even called the police because she hits her x-husband. Then when they come she she cries abuse. This poor guy had to let her sell his vehicles to pay for tile supplies. She uses him like her personal slave and every time he tries to leave she threatens to call the police and cry domestic abuse. This is really serious, this is his life. I have been in that store soo many times complaining, along with the other ripped off people, and she doesn't even care. She just yells at you, or goes to the back. She leaves her x out there to handle it. He doesn't even own any part of her business, he just felt sorry for her and offered to help her out, now he's stuck in eternal hell. The day several of us were in there complaining, her x said something and she told him to shut up and then slapped him so hard accross the mouth, he had blood there. He didn't want any help, he said it would only make it worse. We left and walked to the jeweler next door. Told him about it, but he can't stop it either. This woman needs to be arrested for abuse, holding someone as a prisoner, which makes me want to throw up, and for frauding the customers. She dissappears for days at a time so you can't find her. And no one else knows anything about your order. Their terrifyed of her. She doesn't pay her employees for months, so they quit, and her x husband has to do all the work. I can't stand it anymore. Something needs to be done. I don't call the police anymore because she threatens to hurt herself and blame him. He's just a quiet guy who doesn't say anything. There are folders stacked everywhere in the store of the people waiting for their jobs to be done. There's always some lame excuse. Her wall guy is out of town, tile is back ordered, no one showed up for work. Gee, I wonder why. I don't have any power to help this guy, or all the ripped off customers, but it needs to be investigated. She belongs in jail.
