Breech of CRP AGREEMENT

My name is Germaine Cherry South 19th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19145, account number 529192943.

Monday, March 29, I signed my CRP agreement, in the Tasker & Broad Street, Gas Company’s office. I was told by the clerk: Mr. H. BE., desk #01, I didn’t have to pay anything Monday, March 29 until I got my next bill and my new payments would be $125. Per month, plus $5.00 towards the rears due.

You already received two LIEAP payments in February. Since I do not cook by GAS, and the weather has been warm, I didn’t realize until today, Saturday, April 10 that the gas is off in my home because the water didn’t get hot and the heat is not on.

I feel as thought the Gas Company is in breech of our CRP Agreement Contract, because I haven’t gotten my first bill since signing it in the amount of $117. Which would have given me 30 days to pay it and now my gas is shut off without notice. I would like this Gas Company to reconnect the gas in my property as immediately as they have shut it off. I will contact the Public Utilities Commission first thing, Monday, April 12 in the morning about this breech.
