My wife and I were receiving rental asistance from comunity action since october due to my misfortune of getting riped off from a trucking company that went broke we where under the influence that they pay everything for up to 12 months acording to there add well we needed the help so we aplied & got help well the first visit with doug jansen who works for the agency went well he took some info explained to me what they are & how they can help I thought awesome but like everything that sound to good to be true well you know the rest he came the second time complaing how I need a better job I knew that already but right now its hard I deliver the journal in the morn I'm trying my wife works part time & go to. School so we are trying he treated us like we a third rate citizens promiseing us one thing doing another we never knew what to expect they said they would help us with utilities and they did. I think pay our water bill twice and now we got our midamerican bill today yes its behind because we are doing what we can doug said he is done with us because we got a sizeable tax. Returnand we didn't pay what he wanted paid we spent it on bunkruptcy a washer & dryer because ours where shot 2 cell phones and a plan because we needed to keep in touch with our childs school and other job searches and paid family back we never spent it foulishly as he said & now today we went to get help from mid sioux for our light bill because the are telling us that they are turning us off the 17th if not paid that he was there telling them that we don't need help because we got a lot back in taxes I think that's wrong if he telling them that who else is he telling and whatvis he saying I got a better job now things are looking up but we still got a hill to climb and him running around gossiping about us isn't going to help I'm upset I would like to see something done about his mouth and attitude
