He looks for business owners trying to sell or take the weight off of their own business and trys to buy or take over a business quickly but only because he is running out on a business somewhere else and isn't telling the owners or landlords that he is leaving. He will not pay his bills, vendors, owners, landlords, employees ETC...

Do not accept a job from this man or his life partner JOHN. Both of them are crooked and will not follow through with agreements, contract and definitely not their Word! He is geting away with stealing, lying, writing bad checks to many, many companies and stealing from his employees. Stealing their time, hard work, trust, blood, sweat and tears. Please someone come forward and put this man behind bars until he learns how to and not to treat his fellow working americans.
