Ight now they are beating my door down for past due medical bills that they turned over to the mother of my son to collect as child support, the B@#*H of it is that she was on welfare for all of her life (still is on welfare) and was court ordered to pay 30% of the medical bills. How do they come up with this CRAP, I have even tried to take a lawyer with me to court and the lawyer was all but told to sit down and shut up. I am disabled and not working, when we tried to explain this to the judge he didn't care to hear it. I have two daughters (15 and 17) with my wife, the judge looked at my wife in court and said that she could pay me $300.00 a month to babysit our children. While my ex-girlfriend sat there and told the judge that I own two brand new cars, boat, campers and three business and I live in a $170000.00 home.
I drive my mother-in -laws truck and my wife drives a salvage car that we bought for $500.00. We have two mortgages on our home and I don't have a boat and my camper is a 1970 popup camper. As for the business I don't even have one business let alone three. My son is 19 years old I no longer have to pay current support but now that my probation for felony non support of 5 years is over and $16000.00 settlement offer has been paid they are coming after me again, it is only a matter of time before they arrest me again and I am done with FOC this time I am not going down easy. Please email and let me know if ANYONE is fighting the same battle as I am all in to fight this corrupt and out of control court. We need lawyers to stand up for our rights as we need to be heard in order for a change to happen in WAYNE COUNTY FRIEND OF THE COURT!!!
This court does what it wants, how it wants with no regard to families and individual situations. Michigan is hurting right now and we need a voice. This court is going outside of the guidelines in regards to support issues. Even though there are guidelines for bonds (25%) they have me at 100% of my medical bills which were paid by medicaid, why am i having to pay the mother for those bills if she was on fia??? Why doesn't she have to pay her 30%??? So she sits on her butt collecting aid and now she collects the money that is due back to aid for her sitting on her butt, what a crock of s@#t!!!
