This will tell some about Wayne County Friend Of The Court and there practice. I have one son that will be 18 years old in dec 05 I have raised him his whole life except for 2 years. I left Detroit in 1997, and moved up north.
In 1999 my sons mother moved to Florida and sent my son north to live with me. He has lived with me this entire time all one needs to do is check school records. Now friend of court has been after me since 1999, and says I owe them big money for child support from 1999 to present which is about 9 years worth. Friend of the court has thrown me in Wayne County jail, and garnished my wages of half my pay.
When winter came that year, we could not even afford to heat our house, buy food, or pay bills and I was forced to quit my job and turn to FIA to buy heat and be able to eat. I must ask you, does this sound like the American Way? To be forced into the welfare system by a corrupted Friend Of The Court system. Now on welfare, all parties know of where my son has been living for these past 9 years. FIA accepts it, but Friend of the Court says they do not believe he lives with me or has ever lived with me and I owe back support to them.
Now by putting my son and I through Hell to survive, my heart is failing me. My heart only pumps 40% which I think Friend of the Court, by destroying our lives so not to survive, has a lot to do with my health. I'm only 47 years old, and now I am on SS disability. Doctors say I dont have long to live without a heart transplant. It is sad to know when I pass, Friend Of The Court will still be there trying to collect on a bill that is complete fraud, so they can keep their job security for their future. They have ruined my future. Hell, they have sentenced me to DEATH and I know those dirty filthy Vultures will be flying over my rotting corpse to collect on there fraudgelent debt.
They never give up, it's their job security. They are so dirty they will try to collect at my death from my son himself for a bill that they say is owed to him, but instead will fill their own pockets.
From what they have done to us they showed that they never do care about the kids, only their own pockets. I believe all these people involved must not believe in GOD OR HEAVEN because they're all doomed to HELL. Well I believe in GOD and Heaven so to all that reads. God bless you all
