Cheap, incorrect flowers when I paid so much money for a nice bouquet

Paid over $70 for a fashionista bouquet and when the flowers arrived, it looked like leftovers from a run-down hospital flower shop. I would pay more than $15 for the flowers I received. Also, the "Mother's Day Card" that was supposed to come with the flowers was a hand folded, hand cut piece of printer paper. I called the customer service phone line and e-mailed them. They told me that a person would come by the same day to pick up the incorrect flowers and return with the correct order. Haven't seen or heard from them. This company should be shut down.
