Mary cohagan florist left a fresh bouquet on porch during 18 degree weather with no notification

Florist delivered a fresh bouquet of flowers to my home in 18 degree weather. Did not knock on door only phoned the person that sent the flowers. Flowers were not discovered until next morning (ruined). Florist owner's explanation was that she did her job by delivering the flowers.
