My Daughter bought a 50" plasma Samsung 3D TV from Best Buy in Columbus Ohio at Polaris. She had ordered the installation package, but found someone cheaper to do it so she cancelled the installation package. She picked up and paid for the TV on May 2nd and took it home and sat it in her Living Room. When the installers came to install it, they opened the box and found the screen shattered on the TV. They took it back to Best Buy, and they said that the installers or my Daughter must have dropped it. It was not dropped by my Daughter while hauling it, and the installers just opened the box. Best Buy is refusing to exchange the TV amd more or less calling my Daughter a liar. What are her options?
