I visited the Photo Lab at the Walgreens Store In Maiden Nc. Wanting to reproduce some photos of my brother who had died in a car accident for a funeral. The photos that I had were professional and I knew they were but this was all I had with me (from Va). The photo tech told me that I couldn't print them and when I told her what they were for she told be that she was sorry but she still couldn't print them. I was very upset and asked her to talk to someone else. She called her boss which said head photo specialist on her name tag. Carolyn came to photo and first appologised that it took her so long to get there but she was in the back room. She asked me what she could do to help and I told her the problem that I was having. She asked to look at the pictures and asked me to give her a few minutes and she would contact to see if she could locate the photographers. She told the tech to go ahead and scan the pictures so that if they could be sold she wouldn't have to wait any longer. Five minutes later sshe came out and told me that she contacted three of the photographers and that one she could find but explain ed that if I would sigh a waiver she would print them because the picture was a baby picture and my brother was 52 years old. She took the pictures and even made them look better than the originals. SHe also showed me frames which I would have forgotten and even put the photos in the frames for me.
She again appologized to me and for her tech that they were following company polocies. I am just glad Caarolyn was there that day because of my family seeing a casket (it was closed) they could see the wonderful pictures of my brother. So again I want to thank Carol for making a rather bad situation into a better day.
