Can anyone tell me if there is another pay as you go wireless service out there? Virgin Mobile Sucks!
My service has gone out 3 times in the past two months and it is painfully slow as well.

I pay a little over $50 a month for this garbage, I would gladly pay twice as much for better service.

Their customer service sucks: idiots who don't give a sh*t about you who can hardly speak English.
You must continually ask them to repeat what they said because most Americans, like me, cannot speak pig Latin.

The service went out again today. I called customer service and was told 'the problem was over' by a mechanized asshole who said if my internet was still not working that a 'live advisor' would walk my through the troubleshooting system. My call was switched to the cell phone live advisor, who told me I dialed the wrong number, when in fact my phone records say I dialed the correct number for the broadband 2 go customer service.

Mr. Dan Hesse, CEO of this 'corporation' needs to use his own service for about a month and then see how he likes it. But I'm sure he can afford the best service available and not the shit that his company sells.
