I ordered a Sega Genesis, with two controllers and Sonic the Hedgehog, One of the controllers did not work. I called and was told they would send a replacement out and not to worry about sending the defective one back. I received the replacement in 3 days and it worked. They were very helpful and stood by their products. Happy Customer.
