Software does not work and support emails go unanswered

I purchased software from SEGA, and it does not work. SEGA has not replied to my emails requesting technical support. According to the phone company, SEGA's main office phone number is disconnected. SEGA's 800 number only offers support for one of their software titles, not the one I bought.
