I ordered a nintendo, some games and accessories from nintendosforsale.com. When I rec'd my order, the controller and one of the games didn't work. Also, if is very difficult to pull the game out of the nintendo system.
I e-mailed nintendosforsale.com several times because their website says that is the best way to contact them and that they usually respond within 2 hours. When I didn't receive an answer, I called. No answer. I e-mailed one last time stating that I would report them if I didn't hear back from them within 24 hours.
Surprise, they responded within 5 minutes. At this point I don't even want the nintendo anymore so I let them know I want a refund. They replied that they don't give refunds. Nowhere on their website is a no refund policy. So basically I got ripped of for $132.
