Walmart Money Card - Walmart Money Visa/Debit Card

I purchased a Walmart Money Card on November 20th before I went out of town for Thanksgiving. I paid the 3.00 dollars for the card and uploaded 85.00 dollars at the register. When I got to my families house and tried to upload the temporary card, there was no card at all inside the package. I called the Hinesville Walmart where I had purchased it and a manager told me to bring it in along with my receipt when I returned for the holidays. I also emailed Walmart Money Card and tried to contact them over the phone. When I got in touch with someone they where trying to put that card, not knowing who has it or where it is, in my name. I tried to explain to them I never received a temporary card but they just couldn't understand that. When I returned from my visit I went up to the Hinesville Walmart like I was told. I spoke with a sales associate first and she was great on trying to help me. Her manager Ms. Peggy had her call the money card number and see what she could do. They told her to give me the refund in store, even though the receipt says you cannot. They gave her a reference/claim number, and stated they would send the amount to the Hinesville Walmart. Ms. Peggy was no longer working and the sales associate, Ternerica, needed help on how to proceed with the refund since it was not allowed. A department manager, Sandra, was called on to help and she just said we cannot refund for those and kept doing what she was previously doing. Ternerica called on Tammy who is one of the head managers I guess you could say. She had to be called on three different times to get her to come assist. When she arrived she didn't even introduce herself or ask me what the problem was, she immediately had an attitude. She then went to basically calling me a liar saying that there was no way I didn't receive the temporary card because they open it out of the package and swipe it at the register to activate it. Being a manager I thought you had to be educated in all departments. When you buy a temporary card the cashier does not open the package. The receipt has a activation number for the money as well so you, the customer, can upload the amount onto the card. So with her saying that I stated that the employee who I checked out with was working and she must have my card if that is the case which it was not. I asked her if she could roll back the tapes then if the cashier is suppose to activate the card then we would see her with it on camera. She then says that: Loss Prevention is not currently working. Remind you I went to the store on Friday November 23rd, So not only are you calling me a liar you are saying that loss prevention is not working on Black Friday. I gathered my belongings and left. This Walmart is very unprofessional and the managers need to work on their customer service. The goal for Walmart is to have satisfied Customers, this store #0862 in Hinesville, Ga doesn't abide by that. The managers should be professional and respectful at all times. This situation should have never provoked an altercation with different managers or rude managers. The customer should not be accused of theft after waiting a hour just to speak to a manager. Why are managers raising their voice and making a scene in view of other customers which diminishes the faith in Walmart Customer service?
