Hi I live with my parents i am 19 years old. I live in a building that the super doesnt do nothing ive had a leak in the ceiling for about 2 months I have gone to the office to make a complaint twice and they didn't do nothing yet. I was even trying to look for the super because one day that paint of the ceiling was falling down. I personaly went to the office again and the guy in charge said that i couldn't make a complaint because I am not in the lease that if I wanted to make a complaint to move out and get my own place. I think that was really rude I am a human being and I live there and know that the paint could have advestos and could harm my family. Plus if he is working there dealing with people he is not good at it because he shouldn't be talking to people that help pay his check. When I went to the super he said that I was doing bad things where I was looking for him and my family was in the house little kids were in my house so why would I do bad things there I even got proof. The super got loud with me and got in my face, im a young lady hes a grown man getting in my face. I want the super out this building also a whole bunch of people also do. I need help I dont know what to do or who to talk to please if theres anything that could be done it will be perfect.
