I bought a package of inks for my printer. The inks are NO good. I went online to ask for a return merchandise authorization only to be told that I never placed an order so therefore I cannot contact them about it. Then I tried calling SEVERAL times. Never once did a live person answer.
I have left messagesd and gotten ZERO response. I can call back and sometimes the message bix is so full I cant leave a message, but later I get through fine which tells me they DO check them. So far I have gotten no response on this matter at all.
I will never buy from them again.
