People are giving Custom Super Homes down payment money to build their homes and Custom Super Homes is receiving the money hiring and a sub contractor to start the slab or basement.
Super Custom Homes is not getting local building permits for the jobs. When the job is given a Stop and Desist order by the local municipality Custom Super Homes refuses to return any portion of the down payment money to the owner of the building lot. Usually the down payment given by the lot owner is $50,000 to $80,000. This amount is far in excess of what the slab or basement cost.
The lot owner is then left with a lien on their lot by the sub contractor who was not paid by Custom Super Homes and a fine for not getting permit.
