I purchased furniture from R&F right before Thanksgiving this year. One delivery person on my last item were extremely rude and unprofessional. So much so that they damaged the interior of my building's elevator.

That same day, I called and placed a complaint for repairs. My case was assigned to Mr. Suarez. We talked once and in the last two months and he has been very unavailable. My landlord and super have been extremely patient with this issue and Mr. Suarez has not returned my calls and has show little professionalism when dealing with my landlord and super. I asked to submit a complaint, all I got was an okay and that it would be entered into notes. There was no formal number or process. It seems like he is avoiding me and any possibility of putting an end to this repair complaint.
