Request to have name on the card as C. Mark Tyler. I received an account with GE Money bank under that name. The card was returned and the account closed. The credit card listed the name as "Charles". I do not go by the name of Charles, I never have. I refuse to open a new account under that name. I do not answer to Charles. Mail that comes addressed to Charles will be marked "RETURN TO SENDER address unknown" and put back in the mail.
All my credit cards, bank account, title of house, automobile title, list the name as C. Mark Tyler.
What do I need to do, based on current records, to have the name on the account show up as C. Mark Tyler? This is with CARECREDIT/GEMB.
