We signed on 2-9-10 they cashed check that day then told us to come next day to get van after it came out of service, 2-10-10 went in they gave us a loaner cause van was not ready come to find out they sold us a van they did not own then, promised a 250.00 gas card to please be patient, 5 days later got van 4 days later had to take van in and go back to service cause the whole front end was shimmying and right side lights where out 2 days later got van back still lights where not fixed my soon to be housband had to replace bolbs and do a oil change and filters, and we purchased over 50.00 in cleaning supplies and wash. Then wanted me to come in because my soon to be housband and his sister was buying the van for me to have a larger vehicle I take care of elderly and disabled people. So they wanted me to be a 3rd party on the loan that was already approved and they where having issues i understand on the title. So on 3-2-10 I went in they had me set with a new guy named Dan, he talked all about his self and how it was his second day but dont worry he knew his job well. Sends me out of the office like i was a child said he was going to call bank then kept walking by me several times for 40 min. Then finally took me back in office his exact words where i need you to fill out a paper, just to prove we are not ass wholes we are going to give you a loaner car, I said what, he said we are not going to let you take the van off the lot, and give your truck back and it is in another location. I said you are takeing the van back and giving the truck back, he said yes and left. Thensaid could you get your stuff out of the van. I was shocked it was like he was throwing me out, i have never been more embarrised or humillyated or degraded in my life. Then here it is 2 days later and they wont tell me where my truck is or any thing they continue to egnore me and my soon to be housbands call. I have never been so apalled in my life, I called the police they told me to contact a attorney cause it is a civil action. They could not help me but they felt what cocoa hyundia is doing is very wrong. I want to tell people do not let people treat you that way stay away from these people they lie and treat you beneath them like they are doing you a favor and then in way throw you out. Like i said i still to this day still dont have my truck so i can shop some where else.
