We had several inspectors out before we signed with this company, no one said we had any damages to our roof, we even had to have a wind mitigation done, still no one told us there was roof damage, then we got hit with the recent tropical storm in Sept. We have a roofer who gave us a proposal stating the damage to the roof, which resulted in us have major water damage in several of our rooms, leaving us with a newly laid rug that is damp, we were told to make the necessary repairs to insure no more water got in our home, of course when their, investigator their company, sent saw the patched areas, our roofer has strongly recommended a new roof be put on so no more water gets in our home and ruins my ceilings. The roofer says it costs over 8 thousand dollars and this company refuses to admit this damage was casuesd by the tropical storm that hit us.
