BE aware, after ordering 9 pairs of shoes from this company, I started recieiving call backs to "verify my order" When I questioned why this was happening, I was told, Onlineshoes had a file on me that said i was a bad customer. So I am a bad customer after I buy 9 pairs of shoes? I also explained to them that this verification was slowin down shipping.
I was then told, there are a lot of places to buy shoes I should seek out another retailer. I explained to the person there must be some confusion. I had never lost or not paid for anything or tried to return used shoes. I can not figure out why this company shose to do this to me. I explaiend I am a person with disabilities and the person who claimed they were the call center manager LAUGHED OUT LOUD and told me I did not sound to disabled to her..
I can agree with one thing that was told. THERE ARE other places to buy shoes, so I will take that advice. I am however concerned about this secret file with my infomration floating around out there. I thought it was illegal to keep secret files on your customers?
Make Life easy GO SOMEWHERE else. The only thing I ever compalined about was a pair of grey market shoes this company sent me and then I PAID to return. If that makes me a bad customer SO BE IT!
