This all started in march of 08 when i had a tv calibrated by best buy and the bricked the tv, it took 9 months to get anything done, buy this time the tv was 13 months old, the cost of the tv, extended warranty and calibration was over 3400.00, II finally got BB to replace the tv with a lower model, 1899.00 credit, the store manager told me that the extended warranty would be transferred 450.00. Then I find out that that is against their policy. So BB has got 1500.00 of money from me and I havenothing for it. Seems to be very unethical business practice. They should have a motte of WE STEAL FROM THE CUSTOMER BEST!
