Renege on rebate. Claim not on time - false. No id submitted. False

I submitted all information requested soon after I ordered the item. They acknowledged receipt, but did not say any info was missing. 4 weeks later they turned me down. Said I filed late - a lie. No ID, they should have called me asking for it or emailed me. Neither. Just kept my refund.
