Approximately 4 yrs ago a road project by Melendez Concret in Las Veags NM was started the bottom part of the road from Grand Ave to Mcrae street was finished. The project sat for a year due to problems and when the contractor restared he started from Mcrae to South Pacific. The contractor Melendez Concrete stopped work on the section from Mcrae to South Pacific and stared the project from South Pacific to New Mexico Ave. Whwn that section was finished the contractor Melendez Concrete started the section from New Mexico to El Crestone circle when that section was finished Melendez Concrete started on Pinion St. All the while ignoring Mcrae to South Pacific. With inclement weathe the upper end of Mcrae to South pacific is deeply rutted and the bottom end of Mcrae to South Pacific is also deeply rutted causing damage to smaller vechiles of residents on that section of the road way. The city of las Vegas Has been contacted on numerous occasions and they have contacted the contractor to no avail. The contractor needs to be contacted and made to complete the job. Mr Dodge has been responsive and has done what he can to keep the passable. We need help in getting this mess corected. I do not have the contractors phone number.
