No Response To Repair Request (Several Attempts)

This is a brand new house built in 2012. We purchased and closed on the house in May. We noticed that every time it would rain, the floor of our screened-in-porch would be soaked with water. As months went by, the problem continued to worsen.in July, it had gotten so bad, every time it would rain, we would have standing water covering the complete floor (pictures can be supplied upon request) and the area has begun to smell musty. The rain from the roof has made a big hole in the ground right outside the outdoor entrance to the screened-in-porch. This problem has also caused the grass to be washed away and left a muddy trail. The concrete on the driveway has started to have indentions where the rain pours off of the roof. We followed the company's requests and submitted our issue through the company's requested procedures to contact Standard Pacific Homes to get some assistance. The first attempt to contact the company was the first week of August by email. We were sent a general response stating we would hear from a company rep within 48 hrs. We have never been contacted in any way. I called the company on Aug 20th @ 11:14 and left a message for Katrina Miller explaining the details mentioned above & was requesting for someone from the company to call me so we could arrange a time for someone of their choice to come examine the area / problem so we could get this resolved. Still to this day, NO RESPONSE. On Aug 21 @ 8:30 am, we printed the original email request sent to the company telling us we would have a response within 48 hrs & hand wrote across the paper..."STILL NO RESPONSE". On Friday Aug 22nd my husband contacted the company's local Sales Rep that handled all of the details when we purchased the home. We requested for someone contracted through Standard Pacific Homes please come examine the problem we are having. At the very least, could we get some contact information of a Standard Pacific contractor for us to contact ourselves and arrange a time for him / her to come look at the problem. We were told this would be no problem and we should hear something within 24 hours. As of Sept 8, no one in any form has contacted us. We had to go ahead and have a gutter company come out and put gutters on the house to resolve the problem. Standard Pacific DOES NOT include gutters on the house you purchase from them unless requested upon purchase & the BUYER is responsible for the costs. This house was new construction finished in Feb. No one had lived in the house until we purchased & closed in May. Already to have a flooded screened-in-porch, holes in the yard, a washed out muddy trail, and marks on the concrete... Not at all what I expected upon the purchase of this home.
