Chuck Lowery Builders, Hired my company to do some concrete work for a house that he was supposed to be building. So on June 15 we started the project, We split the pour up into 3 pours to make sure it turned out perfect, We finished the pour on June 21 Chuck was supposed to have me a check when done, Well he never answered the phone until i called from another number, I proceed to tell him that we need to get paid and his response was, There was more concrete poured than i expected and im not taking a loss so your not getting paid. Ive own my company for 14 years and i have never heard such BS in my life. Then on top of that i find out hes not building the house he bid on the driveway. But he do not do concrete work. Wow. This guy is a loser and owes alot of Sub contractors and Suppliers in the area. So if you come in site of the guy. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HIM!!! Subcontractors and Homeowners. Now i have to put a lien against these people property to get paid. Its a shame people are in business like this.
