I purchased boots from this company. They were inferior so I returned them. They refuse to return my money

I purchased some boots from this company in China and paid for them through paypal. The boots cost $104 and were inferior. I sent the boots back and they have refused to return my money. I contacted Paypal which is how I paid for the boots. They said there is nothing they can do because this company does not have any guarantee. I just want to warn other people not to use this website and company from China because they are not trustworthy. They are a RIPOFF!
