My family and I moved out of Toledo Ohio because of the crimes and corruption involved. Unfortunately we moved to Eastpointe On The Mall which turned out to be just as bad. We had to put up with excessive noise due to fights and children who were up all hours of the night. Threatening notes left duct taped to our windows, drug deals, drug use, underage drinking, along with several other serious problems. Mold among other things was a major problem in this apartment. Our vehicle along with several others were vandalized with some items stolen out of other victims vehicles. Complaints to the Property Manager named Michael Alexander fell repeatedly on deaf ears. Others have fallen on the ice because of no rock salt placed on the sidewalks or the parking lots. Some have developed serious medical problems because of this property`s negligence.instead of evicting all of those who have been repeatedly complained about, the manager moves them to other apartments so they can do this to other tenants. A person was stabbed multiple times there also. Even though I no longer live there, many of my friends that I and my family has made still live there which I worry about constantly. People I do not know that lives there who recognize me now state they and many others have been contemplating suing them.
Also many of the decent citizens that lived there have been moving out of this place. Some have even broken their leases to find a safer place to live.
I am sincerely hoping that something will be done soon about all of these nightmares happening there so that my friends and all of the decent citizens there do not fall victim to all of these crimes taking place. Hopefully something will be done soon!
