Good day,

The reason I'm making this complaint is because I feel that I am a victim of prejudice. I lived in their apartment block in the apartment before they bought the building and had no difficulties sauf for an incident where a tenant put ketchup all over the outside of my apartment door. Notes (vulgar, inappropriate notes) were stuck to my door as well. This was all resolved by the previous care taker before A.S.H. Management Group took over the building and assigned a Care Taker by the name of Pam Schaitel (her family name may be spelled incorrectly). Lorraine (the previous care taker) moved out as soon as she found out that it was her the new care taker. I never quite understood why until I suddenly became her object of bullying and blaming of every single noise in the building. She knocked on people's doors to complain about me and tell them that she doesn't like me and that she wants me out. She did this for over a year and a half. She constantly made complaints against the loudness of the kitchen and bathroom fans which is out of the tenants control and should be fixed by the landlord if it causes her mood disorder to escalate. She's unapproachable and I feel that the end result has wronged me into moving because she cannot tell the difference between good rent paying, law abiding tenants and liars. The majority of the noise complaints were during times where I wasn't even in the building, I was either at work or at the beach. I asked to have cameras placed in the hallways and in the parking lots. The parking lot especially because my car was vandalized by means of constantly letting air out of my passenger side rear tire which resulted in my having to get a brand new tire twice in the same year. Fortunately, they could patch my tire and replace the air valve which was broken. However, this is still an expense I could have avoided by catching the vandals. My car was constantly egged which gets pricy when having to wash my car every day as well. And it was every day that air was let out of that tire and that my car was egged.in regards to noise in the building, I highly believe the real culprits still live in the building and that this care taker is one of them as well. They are loud at all hours of the day and night and I have made complaints in regards to them and A.S.H. Management has never done anything about them. I recently requested that the locks be changed because I am 100% certain that someone goes into my apartment when I'm not home because my food disappears, toilet paper is stolen, I have costume jewelry that has been stolen and candles, a whole box of matches, batteries and spices (cooking herbs). The only way they would change the lock is if I paid which I offered to do for my peace of mind and instead I got asked to move so I am. This is not a property manager that cares about the type of tenants or care takers they have in their buildings. I have rented before from other companies and I have never had the problems that I had with this rental company and property and I lived in their building since October when it was owned by Green Valley Group, however, A.S.H. Management Group took over January 1st 2011 and this is why my complaint is about this company.

No tenant likes being yelled at by the care taker no matter what she and only she perceives as a problem. She has no tact in approaching tenants, she just yells and then runs off without letting you speak or question her regarding what just happened. Banging on tenants doors at 3:00 am in the morning is not appropriate management behaviour.

I will say that in retrospect I am grateful to one A.S.H. Management group employee by the name of Mark Udin for putting in a good word for my application approval at another company to allow me to find a new apartment. To him I'm grateful that he is good at judging a person and their morals as well. I hope to have a much better experience in what I think will be a safer neighborhood, building and property management group.

I don't necessarily want the money back, I just want people to be aware of this care taker.
