I bought a car from Northern Auto Group three months ago and to this day I can't get them to do what was promised in form of a WE OWE form. If you make the same mistake I have, and visit this shady outfit, be prepared for an experience of a lifetime. If you enjoy being ripped off, this is the place to go. After they cash the check you'll find, that you can't even get a callback from anyone, and if by some chance you do get thru, expect to be hung up on, or put on hold. If I had the choice of buying another vehicle from Northern Auto Group, or walking, I'd be picking out a pair of running shoes right now. To sum it up, the disrespectfull treatment you get at Northern Auto Group, is not what you'd expect when buying a luxury car. I hope more people do the same thing I'm going to do, and sue them.
