Northern Auto Group try to say that they are a "no gimicks" place, but in the end they are the same as the others. Even though NY State caps Documentation fees at $45, this dealer does what it can to get other money out of people. I was told that I was paying actually Motor Vehicle fees, but in the end their fees were 25% higher than the actual cost (Thanks Jake J). When asked about the fees (after the fact), they supplied no info. Beware. The market is soft right now, and this place tries to make a killing on every sale instead of doing a quality sale.
On every end they try to make a dollar and will do what it takes to get it. After I finally got the places, I realized that they didn't even have the plastic parts on the car to attach the plates. Had to go and spend another $20 to get what I needed to add plates. Even down to the little detail they try and milk you. The stupid little keychain that gave me with my new car broke while we were filling out the paper work.
They played games for 4 months before selling me a car. They care nothing about the customer, just making the one killer deal. Not the way to do business in this market. Go to a different dealer couse Northern Auto Group are just trying to rip you off.
