I have several complaints about this office machine. First, where is the manual? It did not come with one, and the store doesn't have it either. I tried to get the owner's manual on line but no success.
Two, my last cartridge lasted exactly one month at a cost of over $80 per cartridge. I have a travel business so travel frequently, and it is just me in my office so I made no more than 400 copies and needed to purchase a new one.
Three, I cannot receive faxes. Why is this? What am I doing wrong.
